My Very Own Book is a friendly achievement not only for a user but also for a reader. The author has supplemented the well-known approaches and methods on self-awareness and self-management in a fresh and innovative way. My Very Own Book doesn’t promise the moon although its title is goading on it. Today, at my mature years, this book can not change my stream of life anymore. And besides, I also had a strong vision already in my youth.   However, I would have needed it in the moments of doubt and insecurity. What a pity that this book didn’t come to me when I was eighteen! Its idea is exciting enough that it would have attracted me instantly.
I warmly recommend My Very Own Book. To young people in particular. It can serve as a subtle diary of one’s destiny, as a mirror that is paying attention to oneself.
